It’s Time for Nurses Scholarship Fund

Applications now open

The It’s Time for Nurses Scholarship Fund supports nurses and midwives to pursue further education and expand their scope of practice.

The money raised through last year’s It’s Time for Nurses Giving Day demonstrated the community’s respect and appreciation for nurses and helped ACN work towards ‘closing the financial gap’ that restricts nurses from pursuing their career goals.

Scholarships of up to $1,500 per person are available to provide funding for:

  • postgraduate course fees and associated costs
  • Continuing Professional Development courses
  • conference registration, accommodation and travel
  • leadership programs
  • learning resources such as textbooks.

Applications close midnight, Wednesday 1 September 2021.
